- 500 g small potatoes
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 cup canned corn
- 2 sausages
- 1 cup pitted green olives
For the above:
- 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese
- Take the potatoes in a saucepan, add water and boil for 20 minutes. While the potatoes are boiling, chop the sausages and olives into small pieces.
- Peel and mash the boiled potatoes while they are hot. Add the cheddar cheese and salt to the mashed potatoes and mix.
- Divide the cheddar potatoes into the molds so that they fill half of the lightly greased muffin molds.
- Arrange the corn, olives and sausages on them, sprinkle with cheddar cheese and bake in a preheated 190 degree oven until the cheddar is golden brown. Serve hot.
