How to Make Beetroot Dish with Vinegar in an Oven Bag?
Slice the peeled beets into finger-thick slices. Grate the zest of the lemon and chop the pulp into small pieces. Transfer the beets to a bowl. Add grated lemon peel, chopped parsley, lemon pieces, olive oil, vinegar, salt and coriander seeds. Mix and transfer to the oven bag. Close the bag tightly and place it on the baking tray. Poke a few holes on the bag with a toothpick. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for half an hour.
Take it out of the bag and transfer it to the serving plate. Sprinkle the walnuts, avocado slices and grated tulum cheese on top and serve hot.
