Materials
- 2 salmon fillets
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of mill salt
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- Half a teaspoon of nutmeg
- 2 tablespoons of honey
For the garnish:
- 1 fresh celery stalk
- 1 red onion
- 1 mango
- 1 avocado
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- juice of 1 lemon
- juice of 1 orange
- 1 orange zest
How to Make Garnish Salmon Oven Recipe
- In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, salt, mustard, nutmeg and honey well. Rub this mixture all over the salmon. Place the fish on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper and bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for 35-40 minutes.
- Finely chop the celery stalk. Chop the red onion. Cut the mango and avocado into small cubes and put them all together in a deep bowl. Add olive oil, lemon juice, orange juice and grated orange peel and mix. Serve alongside the fish you bought from the oven.
