How to Make Wheat Cabbage Wrap
Boil the kale leaves in water with 1 teaspoon of salt added and drain. Take the bulgur in a large bowl, add hot water and leave it to swell. Saute the chopped onion and crushed garlic in olive oil until they turn pink. Add tomato paste, boiled wheat and swollen bulgur. Season with salt and spices and cook for 10-12 minutes. Remove from the stove and add the cream and finely chopped basil. Cut the kale leaves to the size you want, add the wheat mortar in the middle, wrap them and place them in the pot. Pour the pomegranate syrup on them and add the butter that you cut into small pieces. Finally, add warm water, cover the dolmas with a plate and bring to a boil. Bake for 35-40 minutes until the stuffings are soft. Serve hot.
