How to Make Stuffed Zucchini with Bulgur?
For the filling, knead the ground beef and fine bulgur in a large mixing bowl. Add the grated onion, tomato paste, salt and spices and knead again. Cut the zucchini you have washed in half and hollow them out. Fill the prepared mortar into the zucchini and place them in the pot. Add enough water to cover half of the dolmas and cover the dolmas with a heat-resistant plate. Cook for about 30 minutes on medium heat until the zucchini is tender. For the sauce, beat the yogurt lightly. Add the crushed garlic and mix. Melt the butter in a saucepan with the red pepper powder. Transfer the cooked stuffed meats to a serving plate. Add yogurt with garlic and drizzle with pepper oil. Serve hot.
