Materials
- 2 cups green lentils
- 2 green peppers
- 1 red capia pepper
- 6 spring onions
- 6 sprigs of parsley
- Salt
- Red pepper

- Juice of half a lemon
- 1 tablespoon of pickle juice
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon of olive oil
- Salt
- Black pepper
How to Make Lentil Bread?
- Wash and drain the green lentils. In a medium saucepan, add enough water to cover it, boil it until it becomes soft, drain it and put it in a deep bowl.
- Mix all the ingredients for the sauce in a bowl. Pour over the warmed lentils and mix to absorb the sauce. Finely chop the black pepper, red pepper, spring onion and parsley and add to the lentils and mix again. Season with salt and red pepper flakes and serve.
