Materials

  • 1 kg cubed chicken breast meat
  • 10-12 shallots
  • 3 eggplants
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 zucchinis
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 3 red capia peppers
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 2 green bell peppers
  • 1 tea glass of olive oil
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • fresh rosemary

How to Make Chicken and Vegetable Casserole Recipe?

  •  Seal the chicken breasts in a non-stick pan and set aside. Spread shallots in the bottom of a casserole dish. Add the chicken meat and the vegetables you cut into cubes. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and spices.
  • Bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for 30-35 minutes. Serve hot.
