  • 200 g gluten-free flour
    1 teaspoon salt
    3 teaspoons gluten-free baking powder
    3 tablespoons of olive oil
    1 teaspoon tomato paste
    3 eggs
    50 g dried tomatoes
    25 g grated Parmesan cheese

How To Make Gluten Free Bread With Dried Tomatoes Recipe?

  • Mix the flour, salt and baking powder in a large bowl. Add olive oil, tomato paste and eggs and knead well. Cover it with a damp cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes. Add the diced dried tomatoes and parmesan cheese to the fermented dough and knead again. Shape it and take it into a baton mold lined with greaseproof paper. Rest for another 20 minutes.
  • Bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for 30 minutes. Slice and serve.
