3 eggs
50 g dried tomatoes

- Mix the flour, salt and baking powder in a large bowl. Add olive oil, tomato paste and eggs and knead well. Cover it with a damp cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes. Add the diced dried tomatoes and parmesan cheese to the fermented dough and knead again. Shape it and take it into a baton mold lined with greaseproof paper. Rest for another 20 minutes.
