How to Make Ghost Meringues Recipe?
Let the eggs stand at room temperature for 30 minutes. Set the oven to 100 degrees. Take the egg whites in a dry bowl and beat them well with the low speed of the mixer until fluffy. Add cream of tartar and beat for another 10 minutes. Increase the speed of the mixer and add the sugar three times and continue beating for 6-8 minutes. Fill the mixture into a flat-ended piping bag and squeeze it from the wide circle upwards to the greaseproof paper lined tray. Place the tray in the oven and bake for 1-1.5 hours. Turn the oven off and wait within 15 minutes, then take it out and let it cool completely at room temperature. Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie. Draw eyes and nose with chocolate on the ghost-shaped meringues. Serve.
