Whole Wheat Ramadan Pita Recipe How to Make?
Put the milk and water in a saucepan and heat it slightly. Add butter and granulated sugar, mix and set aside. In a deep mixing bowl, mix the flours, salt and yeast. Slowly add the milk mixture and knead. Cover it with a damp cloth and let it rise for 50 minutes. Stir the fermented dough with a wooden spoon and remove its fluffiness. Lightly grease the baking tray and sprinkle with wholemeal flour. Shape the dough into a pita and place it on the floured tray. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven. Brush with olive oil before taking it out of the oven. Sprinkle sesame and black cumin seeds and cook for 5 more minutes. Serve hot.
