- 1 kg lamb meat
- 1 teaspoon + 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tomato
- 1 teaspoon of hot pepper paste

How to Make Mardin Stew Recipe?
Boil the lamb meat with 1 glass of water. When the water is well absorbed, add 1 tea glass of olive oil and fry. Add diced tomatoes and hot pepper paste. In a separate bowl, sauté the coarsely chopped peppers and aubergines in 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Close to the cooking of the meat, add the peppers and aubergines. Flavour with salt and blackpepper. Serve hot.
