Materials

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of sunflower oil
  • 3 phyllo dough
  • 1.5 teaspoons of milk

For internal mortar

  • 1 cup nonfat hard cheese
  • 10 sprigs of parsley

How to Make Practical Sahur Pastry Recipe?

  • Take the sunflower oil in a large pan and spread one of the pastry sheets hanging down from the sides. Put milk, oil, eggs in a deep bowl and whisk well and apply 4-5 tablespoons of this mixture on the dough you have laid on the pan.
  • Divide 1 of the remaining 2 phyllo into 5-6 pieces and crinkle it on top of the oiled phyllo. Again, apply 4-5 tablespoons of the oily mortar you prepared on it.
  • Mix the mashed cheese and finely chopped parsley well in a bowl and spread this mixture evenly on the dough. Divide the last phyllo into 5-6 pieces in the same way and crumple it, lay it on it and pour the remaining oily mortar.
  • Finally, close the pastry by folding the edges of the phyllo that you laid on the bottom. Burn the bottom of the pan to medium heat. Cook the pastry so that it is browned on both sides. Turn off the stove and serve hot.
