- 500 g yams
- 3 cloves of garlic

- Without peeling, cut into 2 or 3, depending on their size.
- Peel and crush the garlic. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, thyme, black pepper and salt. Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper. Transfer the yams on top.
- Drizzle the garlic-spiced olive oil you have prepared over the Jerusalem artichokes. Mix it with your hands. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 20-25 minutes. Serve hot.
