Purslane Tzatziki Recipe

Materials

  • Half bunch of purslane (divided into small branches)
  • 250 g strained yoghurt
  • Half a tea glass of water
  • 1 cucumber (Grated)
  • 1 clove of garlic (crushed in a mortar)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4-5 sprigs of fresh mint

How to Make Purslane Tzatziki Recipe?

  • Put the strained yoghurt and water in a deep bowl and whisk with a fork. Add purslane, grated cucumber and garlic and mix. Then put it on a serving plate and serve by drizzling olive oil on it.
