Peel the skins of the potatoes. Chop it to obtain medium-thick slices. Transfer it to a bowl and add olive oil, salt, black pepper, grated garlic and spices.
Grease the baking tray with butter. Arrange the potatoes on top of each other. Place it in a preheated oven at 180 degrees and bake for 10 minutes.
Then take it out, pour milk over it and bake again. After adding the milk, cook for about 30-35 minutes until golden brown. Serve hot.
