How to Make Eggplant Arrangement Recipe?
- Peel the eggplants and cut them into two cm thick slices. Take the mince in a bowl. Add the grated onion, finely chopped parsley, salt and pepper and knead. Cut walnut-sized pieces from the mortar and prepare meatballs.
