  • 4 eggs
  • 1 glass of water Milk
  • 6 tablespoons of butter
  • 4 zucchinis
  • 2 sprigs of green onion
  • 4 tablespoons of flour
  • 1 cup grated white cheese

How to Make Zucchini Soufflé Recipe?

Put the eggs, milk and melted and cooled butter in a large mixing bowl and beat with a mixer. Add the flour and beat again until you get a smooth consistency. Add the grated zucchini, finely chopped green onion, feta cheese and cream cheese and mix with a spatula. Divide the mixture into lightly greased baking trays. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 35-40 minutes and serve hot.
