BAKED BASTA AND SPINISH SWEET


- 2 kg of spinach
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon of olive oil
- 1 cup of strained yogurt
- 1 teaspoon of walnuts
- 2 cups flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- Half a bunch of spring onions
- 100 g cottage cheese (crushed with a fork)
For the above:
- black cumin
- Sesame
- After washing, draining and finely chopping the spinach, add salt and rub it well in your palm and squeeze out the excess water. Transfer to a large bowl. Crack the eggs into it, add the olive oil, yoghurt, finely chopped scallions, smashed cottage cheese, flour, baking powder, salt and pepper. Mix it well.
- Divide the spinach pastry dough you have obtained into greased small cake molds. Sprinkle them with a mixture of black cumin and sesame seeds. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 20-25 minutes.
