BAKED BASTA AND SPINISH SWEET

  • 2 kg of spinach
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of olive oil
  • 1 cup of strained yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon of walnuts
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • Half a bunch of spring onions
  • 100 g cottage cheese (crushed with a fork)

For the above:

  • black cumin
  • Sesame
  •  After washing, draining and finely chopping the spinach, add salt and rub it well in your palm and squeeze out the excess water. Transfer to a large bowl. Crack the eggs into it, add the olive oil, yoghurt, finely chopped scallions, smashed cottage cheese, flour, baking powder, salt and pepper. Mix it well.
  • Divide the spinach pastry dough you have obtained into greased small cake molds. Sprinkle them with a mixture of black cumin and sesame seeds. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 20-25 minutes.
