BEET AND SPINACH DISH
  • 1 kg spinach
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 medium sized beet
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • Half a coffee cup of olive oil
  • Salt
  • Fry the chopped onion, garlic and diced beetroot in olive oil. Add enough hot water to cover it and close the pot's lid. Bake for 20 minutes.
  • After washing and draining the spinach, chop it coarsely and add it to the pot. After mixing a few times, add salt and ginger. Close the lid of the pot, cook for 10 minutes and remove from the stove.
