Artichoke Snack Recipe

Artichoke Snack Recipe
  •  4 artichokes
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of chili pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried mint
  • Salt
  • 1 sprig of fresh coriander

To fry:

  • Sunflower oil

For service:

  • 3 tablespoons of strained yoghurt
  • 1 teaspoon dried mint
  • Grate the artichokes with the coarse side of the grater and transfer them to a deep bowl. Chop the fresh coriander very finely and mix. In a separate bowl, whisk the flour, egg, salt and spices. Add it to the grated artichokes and mix well. Take the dough with a spoon and fry it in hot oil.
  • Mix Greek yoghurt and mint in a bowl. Place the fried artichokes on a serving plate. Drizzle mint yoghurt on top and serve.
