For the base dough

  • 4 cups flour + a pinch of salt
  • Half a pack of fresh yeast + 1 tea glass of water

for the mortar

  • Half a cup of BizimSunflower Oil
  • 30g BizimOil Margarine
  • 300 g minced meat + 2 onions
  • 3 tomatoes + Salt + Black pepper
  • One tablespoon of tomato paste
  • half a glass of water

Take the ingredients for the dough in a bowl and knead. Cover it with a damp cloth and let it rest for 20 minutes. Divide the fermented dough into small balls. Roll out with a rolling pin to a diameter of 15 cm. Grease the pan with Bizim Yağ Margarine and cook both sides of the dough. For the stuffing, melt Bizim Oil Margarine in a saucepan. Add the garlic and fry. Continue cooking by adding chopped onion, diced tomato and Bizim Sunflower Oil. Add half a cup of water and cook for a while. Season with salt and pepper. Put the minced meat in between the lubrication, one by one, and serve with a drizzle of garlic yoghurt.
