Make a well in the middle, add the egg and fresh yeast and mix well. Knead by adding warm water until you obtain a soft dough. Let the dough ferment for about 1 hour. For the syrup, boil granulated sugar and water in a pot. When the syrup starts to thicken, add lemon juice, boil for a while, then remove it from the stove and let it cool. Heat the sunflower oil. After oiling your hands, take tablespoon-sized pieces from the dough and roll them. Make a hole in the middle. Fry it in hot oil and throw it into the syrup. Let it sit for a minute or two, then put it on a serving plate.
