{"id":624,"date":"2018-04-25T16:44:34","date_gmt":"2018-04-25T13:44:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wopre.com\/2018\/04\/25\/mini-kumpirler\/"},"modified":"2018-04-25T16:46:03","modified_gmt":"2018-04-25T13:46:03","slug":"mini-baked-potatoes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/wopre.com\/en\/2018\/04\/25\/mini-baked-potatoes\/","title":{"rendered":"MINI CUMPIRS"},"content":{"rendered":"<ul>\n<li>500 g small potatoes<\/li>\n<li>1 cup grated cheddar cheese<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon of salt<\/li>\n<li>1 cup canned corn<\/li>\n<li>2 sausages<\/li>\n<li>1 cup pitted green olives<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For the above:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1\/2 cup cheddar cheese<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Put the potatoes in a pot, add water and boil for 20 minutes. While the potatoes are boiling, chop the sausages and olives into small pieces.<\/li>\n<li>Peel and mash the boiled potatoes while they are hot. Add the cheddar cheese and salt to the mashed potatoes and mix.<\/li>\n<li>Divide the cheddar potatoes into the molds, filling half of the lightly greased muffin molds.<\/li>\n<li>Arrange corn, olives and sausages on top, sprinkle with cheddar cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 190 degrees until the cheddar cheese is golden brown.
