Peel the skin of 1 mango.<br \/>2. Chop the peeled mango and puree it with the help of Ar\u00e7elik Eternity Blender.<br \/>3. Puree 75 grams of raspberries using a blender.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>For chia;<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong><br \/>1.<\/strong> Add 4 tablespoons of Chia seeds and 1 teaspoon of honey to 1 glass of almond milk.<br \/><strong>2.<\/strong> Store the resulting mixture in the Ar\u00e7elik No Frost refrigerator for 1 night.<br \/><strong>3.<\/strong> Chia seeds will swell overnight and gel the milk, turning it into a pudding consistency.<br \/><strong>4.<\/strong> The next day, pour some of the mashed mango into a mug.
