Chickpea Meatballs

Materials

  • 2 cups boiled chickpeas
  • 2.5 tablespoons of flaxseed
  • 6 tablespoons of water
  • 1⁄2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1⁄2 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • 1⁄4 teaspoon marjoram
  • 1⁄4 teaspoon basil

How to Make Chickpea Meatballs?

  • Puree the boiled chickpeas in a food processor. Mix flaxseed and water and add to chickpeas. Add all remaining ingredients and mix. Take a tablespoon of the mixture and roll it with your hands. Place the meatballs on a baking tray lined with baking paper. 
  • Bake in a preheated 225 degree oven for 20-25 minutes. Serve hot.
