Mexican Bean Burritto Recipe

Materials

  • 2 tortillas

  • 5~6 shallots
  • 1 piece of roasted red pepper

  • 1 cup boiled Mexican beans

  • 1 tablespoon butter

  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese

How to Make Mexican Bean Burritto Recipe?

Finely chop the shallots, roasted red peppers and basil and place them in a large pan. Add boiled Mexican beans, corn and butter and sauté until the vegetables soften. Season with flaxseed, salt and pepper and remove from the stove. Share the stuffing on the tortilla breads. Sprinkle grated cheddar cheese on them, fold them in half and toast them in a toaster or in a lined pan. Cut in half and serve hot.
