Half bunch of purslane (divided into small branches)
250 g strained yoghurt
Half a tea glass of water
1 cucumber (Grated)
1 clove of garlic (crushed in a mortar)
1 tablespoon olive oil
4-5 sprigs of fresh mint
How to Make Purslane Tzatziki Recipe?
Put the strained yoghurt and water in a deep bowl and whisk with a fork. Add purslane, grated cucumber and garlic and mix. Then put it on a serving plate and serve by drizzling olive oil on it.
