Rub the salmon fillet with salt and red pepper powder and place it in a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 20-25 minutes. Take it out of the oven and let it cool.
In a medium sized bowl; stir in onion, jalapeno, garlic and cilantro. Cut the avocado into small pieces and add it to the mixture. Add lemon juice and salt. Using a fork, mash and mix the avocado mixture.
Heat the wraps in the microwave for 1 minute. Then take it to the counter and spread the avocado sauce you prepared in the middle of the tortilla bread. Place the salmon cut into large pieces on top. Finally, put pieces of iceberg lettuce in the middle and wrap carefully. Serve by splitting in half
