Ladybugs Recipe

Materials

  • 125g softened butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon of yoghurt
  • 1 tea glass of grated cheddar cheese
  • Fame
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 200 g labneh cheese
  • A few sprigs of dill
  • 5 cherry tomatoes
  • 20 black peppercorns
  • 10 slices of olives

How to Make Ladybugs?

Put the ingredients required for the cookies in a deep bowl, add flour and knead well until you obtain a smooth dough. Wrap it in stretch foil and let it rest in the refrigerator for half an hour. Set the oven to 180 degrees. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin on a lightly floured surface or between baking paper. Cut circles with a serrated edge cookie cutter and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes until it turns slightly pink. Take it out of the oven and let it cool. On the other hand, mix the cream cheese and chopped dill in a bowl. Spread labneh cheese on the cooled cookies. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Cut out a small triangular piece from the back. Stick black peppercorns on them. Make a hole in the head with a toothpick, cut thin stems of dill into it, insert a slice of olive and create ladybugs. Place the ladybugs on the biscuits and serve.
