Tuna Meatballs Recipe

Materials

  • 400g canned tuna
  • 2 paste red peppers
  • 50g boiled corn
  • 125 g crumbled bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
  • 2~3 sprigs of chopped fresh mint
  • Salt
  • Black pepper

How to Make Tuna Meatballs Recipe?

Place canned tuna in a large bowl. Clean the seeds of the red peppers and chop them with a knife. Add corn, crumbled bread crumbs, eggs, lemon peel, chopped mint, salt and pepper and knead. Divide the meatball mixture into 6 equal parts. Put the mixture into the molds you want and shape them. Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the shaped meatballs in the oil. Serve hot.
