Put cocoa and starch into the pot. Add milk, egg yolks, salt and granulated sugar and cook, stirring constantly, over medium heat until it reaches the consistency of pudding. Remove from the stove, add grated chocolate, vanilla and butter and stir until melted. Let it cool, stirring occasionally to prevent a crust from forming. Slice the marshmallows into 1 cm thick slices and pierce the middle with a straw. Place chocolate chips into the space created and stick two of them to the wall of the glass, in the middle. Divide the pudding into enough glasses to cover the eyes. Serve after it has cooled.
