How to Make Whole Wheat Ramadan Pita Recipe?
Put milk and water in a pot and heat slightly. Add butter and granulated sugar, mix and set aside. Mix flour, salt and yeast in a deep mixing bowl. Add the milk mixture slowly and knead. Cover it with a damp cloth and leave it to ferment for 50 minutes. Mix the fermented dough with a wooden spoon and remove the fluffiness. Lightly grease the baking tray and sprinkle with whole wheat flour. Shape the dough into a pita and place it on the floured tray. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees. Brush it with olive oil before taking it out of the oven. Sprinkle sesame seeds and black cumin seeds and cook for another 5 minutes. Serve hot.
