Snowman Recipe with Meatballs and Mashed Potatoes

  • 500 g ground beef (low fat)
  • half glass of water
  • 1 pack of meatball mixture
  • 50 g finely chopped parsley
  • 30 g margarine
  • 2 packets of mashed potato mixture
  • 3 cups skim milk
  • 20 g margarine

  • Clove
  • red pepper flakes

How to Make a Snowman Recipe from Meatballs and Mashed Potatoes?

Put low-fat minced meat, meatball mixture, water and chopped parsley in a bowl and knead. Spread the meatball mixture into the cupcake molds using a spatula, filling half of them. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 20 minutes. Put milk, margarine and mashed potatoes into the pot. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring, until it becomes a puree. Leave it to cool. Remove the meatballs from the molds. Spread the mashed potatoes on the plate on which you will serve them, as if to form a snow base. Add the meatballs on top. Obtain body and head circles from the remaining puree to form a snowman shape. Place the larger circle on the meatball in the shape of a body. Carefully place the small circle to form the head. Decorate your snowman by making eyes with cloves, buttons with red peppercorns, and nose with carrots. Serve by making sleeves and brooms with rosemary.
