Materials
- Half bunch of purslane (divided into small branches)
- 250 g strained yoghurt
- Half a tea glass of water
- 1 cucumber (Grated)
- 1 clove of garlic (crushed in a mortar)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4-5 sprigs of fresh mint
How to Make Purslane Tzatziki Recipe?
- Put the strained yoghurt and water in a deep bowl and whisk with a fork. Add purslane, grated cucumber and garlic and mix. Then put it on a serving plate and serve by drizzling olive oil on it.
