How to Make Green Beans Recipe with Meat and Kidney Beans?
- Boil the kidney beans in a small pot for 10 minutes, then drain. Chop the onion finely. Clean the peppers and chop them into pieces. Chop the peeled tomatoes into cubes. Clean the beans and chop them into 4-5 cm long pieces.
- Put the meat in the pot and add olive oil. Wait for it to boil over medium heat and when it boils, reduce the heat. Cook until the meat releases its own juices. Add the onion and fry for 2-3 minutes. Add the beans and kidney beans and fry for a few more minutes. Add tomato paste and turn once or twice. First put the peppers in the pot and spread the tomatoes on top. Cut the butter into several pieces and sprinkle with salt. Close the lid of the pot. Cook over low heat, without stirring, until the beans soften and serve.
