ANKARA PAN
  • 350 g pieces of meat
  • 1 onion
  • 2 medium sized tomatoes
  • 2 green peppers
  • 2 paste red peppers
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • sunflower oil
  • 1 bowl of barley noodles
  • Hot water
  • Salt

Put the meat chopped into medium-sized pieces into the pot and sauté it with some oil. Add finely chopped onion and continue sautéing. Add the peppers cut to the size of the meat and continue sautéing. Add the tomatoes cut in half size and continue cooking. Add tomato paste and salt and cook until the ingredients soften. Season with salt. Fry barley noodles in sunflower oil. Add enough hot water to cover it and cook over low heat until it softens. Season with salt. Place the barley noodles on a serving plate. Add the meat and serve.
