- 2 kg spinach
- 3 eggs
- 1 tea glass of olive oil
- 1 glass of strained yoghurt
- 1 tea glass of walnuts
- 2 cups flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- Half a bunch of spring onions
- 100 g cottage cheese (mashed with a fork)
For the above:
- black cumin
- Sesame
- After washing the spinach, draining it and chopping it finely, add salt, rub it well in the palm of your hand and squeeze out the excess water. Transfer to a large bowl. Break the eggs into it, add olive oil, yoghurt, finely chopped spring onion, cottage cheese mashed with a fork, flour, baking powder, salt and pepper. Mix well.
- Divide the spinach pancake dough into greased small cake molds. Sprinkle the black cumin and sesame mixture on them. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
