GYPSY RICE
  • 1 kg of tulum cheese
  • 2 onions
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 4 green peppers
  • Half a bunch of parsley
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt

Put the tulum cheese in a bowl and crumble it. Chop the tomatoes, peppers and onions into small pieces and add them to the curd. Chop the parsley and add it. Add olive oil and a little salt and mix. Serve.
