How to Make Wheat Kale Wrap?
Boil the kale leaves in water with 1 teaspoon of salt and drain. Place the bulgur in a large bowl, add hot water and leave it to swell. Saute the chopped onion and crushed garlic in olive oil until they turn pink. Add tomato paste, boiled wheat and swollen bulgur. Season with salt and spices and cook for 10-12 minutes. Remove from the stove and add the cream and finely chopped basil. Cut the kale leaves to the size you want, add the wheat mixture to the middle, wrap them and place them in the pot. Pour pomegranate syrup over them and add the butter cut into small pieces. Finally, add warm water, cover the stuffed vegetables with a plate and boil for a while. Lower the heat and cook for 35-40 minutes until the stuffed vegetables become soft. Serve hot.
