Materials
- 2 cups boiled chickpeas
- 2.5 tablespoons of flaxseed
- 6 tablespoons of water
- 1⁄2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1⁄2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt
- Black pepper
- 1⁄4 teaspoon marjoram
- 1⁄4 teaspoon basil
How to Make Chickpea Meatballs
- Pass the boiled chickpeas through the food processor. Mix flax seeds and water and add to chickpeas. Add all remaining ingredients and mix. Take a tablespoon of the mixture and roll it with your hands. Place the meatballs on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper.
- Bake in a preheated 225 degree oven for 20-25 minutes. Serve hot.
