How to Make Stuffed Zucchini with Bulgur?
For the filling, knead the minced meat and fine bulgur in a large mixing bowl. Add the grated onion, tomato paste, salt and spices and knead again. Cut the washed zucchinis in half and scoop out the insides. Fill the prepared mixture into the zucchinis and place them in the pot. Add enough water to cover half of the stuffed vegetables and cover them with a heat-resistant plate. Cook over medium heat for about 30 minutes until the zucchinis are soft. For the sauce, lightly whisk the yoghurt. Add the crushed garlic and mix. Melt the butter in a saucepan with the red pepper powder. Place the cooked stuffed vegetables on a serving plate. Add garlic yoghurt and drizzle with pepper oil. Serve hot.
