How to Make Green Lentil Dish?
- Saute the chopped onion and crushed garlic in olive oil until they turn pink. Add the tomato paste and continue roasting until the smell of the tomato paste disappears. Add the carrots and potatoes you cut into dice and sauté for 4-5 more minutes. Add boiled green lentils and broth. Season with salt and spices. After it boils, reduce the heat and cook until the lentils become soft. Remove from the stove and serve hot.
