• 200 ml cream
• 1 teaspoon of walnuts
• 2 tablespoons of honey
• 4 dates (chopped into small pieces)
• 3 egg yolks
• 1 cup coconut milk

How to Make Honey, Walnut and Date Ice Cream Recipe?

• Heat the milk, egg yolks and honey in a double boiler. Whisk the cream with yoghurt in a separate bowl. Slowly add the mixture to the honey mixture. Combine all the ingredients by mixing from bottom to top with a spatula. Lastly, add the walnuts and date pieces.
• Mix gently and transfer to a freezer-proof container. Leave it in the freezer until it freezes. Scoop it with an ice cream spoon and divide it into cups. Serve cold by drizzling honey on top.
