- 300 g wire kadayıf
- 2 cups crushed walnuts

- 4 cups granulated sugar
- 4 glasses of water
- Juice of a quarter lemon

How to Make Kadayif Stuffed Recipe?
For the syrup, boil granulated sugar and water. When it starts to boil, add lemon juice. After it boils for a minute or two more, take it off the stove and let it cool. Shred the kadayıf with your hands and prepare squares of 15 cm x 15 cm in the palm of your hand, with the same thickness on all sides. Put walnuts in the middle and wrap it as a stuffing. Continue the process until you run out of kadayıf and walnuts. Beat the egg in a deep bowl and coat the stuffed kadayıf in the egg. Fry it in sunflower oil and put it in cold syrup and let it sit for 10 minutes. Serve warm.
