- 2 cups crushed walnuts

How to Make Stuffed Kadaif Recipe?
Boil the sugar and water for the syrup. When it starts to boil, add the lemon juice. After it boils for one or two more minutes, take it off the stove and let it cool. Cut the kadaifs by hand and prepare 15 cm x 15 cm squares in the palm of your hand, with the same thickness on all sides. Put walnuts in the middle and wrap it in the form of stuffing. Continue the process until the kadayif and walnuts are finished. Beat the egg in a deep bowl and pour the stuffed kadaif into the egg. Fry in sunflower oil and pour into cold syrup and leave for 10 minutes. Serve warm.
