How to Make Baked Chicken Recipe?
- Take the olive oil in a bowl. Add pomegranate syrup, finely chopped onion, tomato paste, salt and spices and mix. Apply the mixture on the chicken with a brush and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- Place the rested chicken in a baking dish. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 1 hour. Cover the chicken with wax paper to prevent it from darkening too much while cooking. After it is thoroughly browned on all sides, remove it from the oven. Place on a serving plate and serve with pomegranate and chestnut rice.
