- 4 artichokes
- 1 cup flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon of chili pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried mint
- Salt
- 1 sprig of fresh coriander
To fry:
- Sunflower oil
For service:
- 3 tablespoons of strained yoghurt
- 1 teaspoon dried mint
- Grate the artichokes with the coarse side of the grater and transfer them to a deep bowl. Chop the fresh coriander very finely and mix. In a separate bowl, whisk the flour, egg, salt and spices. Add it to the grated artichokes and mix well. Take the dough with a spoon and fry it in hot oil.
- Mix Greek yoghurt and mint in a bowl. Place the fried artichokes on a serving plate. Drizzle mint yoghurt on top and serve.
