For flatbread dough

  • 4 cups flour + a pinch of salt
  • Half a packet of fresh yeast + 1 tea glass of water

for the mortar

  • Half a tea glass of BizimSunflower Oil
  • 30g BizimYağ Margarine
  • 300 g minced meat + 2 onions
  • 3tomatoes + Salt + Black pepper
  • One tablespoon of tomato paste
  • Half a tea glass of water

For the dough, put the ingredients in a bowl and knead. Cover it with a damp cloth and let it rest for 20 minutes. Divide the fermented dough into small pieces. Roll it out to a diameter of 15 cm using a rolling pin. Grease the pan with Bizim Yağ Margarine and cook the dough on both sides. For the filling, melt Bizim Yağ Margarine in a pot. Add the minced meat and fry. Continue cooking by adding the chopped onion, diced tomato and Bizim Sunflower Oil. Add half a tea glass of water and cook for a while longer. Season with salt and pepper. Place the minced meat mixture between the oils, one by one, and serve with garlic yoghurt on top.
