- 200 g gluten-free flour
1 teaspoon salt
3 teaspoons gluten-free baking powder
3 tablespoons of olive oil
1 teaspoon tomato paste
3 eggs
50 g dried tomatoes
25 g grated parmesan cheese
How to Make Gluten-free Bread Recipe with Dried Tomatoes?
- Mix flour, salt and baking powder in a large bowl. Add olive oil, tomato paste and eggs and knead well. Cover it with a damp cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes. Add the dried tomatoes and parmesan cheese you cut into cubes to the fermented dough and knead again. Shape it and place it in a loaf tin lined with baking paper. Let it rest for another 20 minutes.
- Bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for 30 minutes. Slice and serve.
