- Combine the flours and instant yeast in a large mixing bowl. Add water little by little and knead until you get a smooth dough. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rise for 30 minutes.
- Knead lightly to take the air out of the fermented dough and divide it into tangerine-sized balls and roll them. Sprinkle lightly flour on a large kitchen napkin and place the rolled breads on the napkins at intervals. Cover them with a damp cloth and leave for another 50-60 minutes to ferment.
- Bring the water and baking soda to a boil in a large saucepan. Throw your rising breads into boiling water one by one and boil them for 30 seconds. Take it out of the water with the help of a colander and place it on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper. Sprinkle sesame seeds and black cumin before the dough dries. Bake in a preheated 200 degree oven until golden brown.
